How much does Production Slate cost?

Production Slate is free for up to 2 projects with core features included. Pro is $12/month (or $99/year) for individual producers with unlimited personal projects. Team is a flat $20 per user per month — no base fee and no minimums — and every seat gets the full Team feature suite.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes budgets, schedules, call sheets, crew management, shot lists, and equipment tracking for up to 2 projects, 50 budget items, 15 crew members, and 5 shoot days — no credit card required.

Do freelancers I invite need a paid seat?

No. Freelancers invited to a single project are always free, on every plan. You only pay for members of your organization.

Can I cancel or change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page. When you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the billing period, and your data stays intact on the Free plan.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — Pro is $99/year, about two months free compared to paying monthly.
